Bosch Remote Security Control v2.1

The Remote Security Control (RSC) app by Bosch enables users to manage their security systems remotely from their mobile devices. The application is compatible with various security systems featuring control panels such as B9512G, B8512G, B6512, B5512, B4512, B3512, D9412GV4, D7412GV4, and Solution Series 2000/3000.

With support for the aforementioned control panels, users can easily:

• Arm or disarm their security systems
• Activate or deactivate specific areas
• Manage outputs for purposes like lighting control

For users of B9512G, B8512G, B5512, B4512, and B3512 control panels, an added benefit includes the ability to stream live video from Bosch IP cameras (requires control panel firmware version 2.03 or newer). The RSC app presents Motion JPEG (MJPEG) video streaming available over HTTP or HTTPS protocols.

Additionally, exclusive features offered by B9512G, B8512G, D9412GV4, and D7412GV4 control panels permit users to remotely authorize access to residences or commercial premises by unlocking and locking doors (requires D9210C or B901 and other related hardware).

To utilize the app effectively, users need their installing dealer to generate a Remote Access Profile (certificate) for them and install this profile on their devices. Prior to Profile installation, users can experience the app's capabilities in Demo Mode. However, connection to any security system is only possible once the Remote Access Profile has been successfully installed.
